Miradouro das Portas do Sol I Lisbon
In the heart of Lisbon, hidden among the alleys and narrow streets of Alfama, this courtyard owes its name to Portugal’s last executioner, Luís Alves dos Santos. According to an old legend there was an underground tunnel through which Luís walked to the nearby Limoeiro prison, and that the place is still haunted by the screams of his victims, although the old residents believed they were from the executioner himself.
Just a few meters from Miradouro das Portas do Sol, we can find this unique and classified building in which Core Investments is supporting the client by managing the rehabilitation works. The building consists of 3 elevated floors and will comprise 11 apartments with a total gross construction area of 680.1m2.”
